 KARE BEARS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Kare Bears is governed by a Board of Directors. All members of the Board must be full time residents of PebbleCreek and at least three (3) members of the Board must be current or former Unit Coordinators. Board members are elected for a two-year term of office and may seek re-election for a second term. A Board member may not serve longer then four (4) years, however, he/she may seek to be re-elected to the Board after a one (1) year hiatus. Commerce. Currently serves as Kare Bear Coordinator in Unit 9.

Mary McMahon
1st Vice President
Mary and her husband Mike moved to PebbleCreek in 2005 from Iowa. Mary
holds an Iowa CPA certificate and is a past board member of the
National Association of Management Accountants. She has volunteered
with Iowa Special Olympics and Boy Scouts of America as well as church
activities.

2nd Vice President
Arlis relocated
to Pebblecreek in 2008 from Honolulu, and has over 37 years experience teaching high school Business Education courses. She was was active in the Hawaii Business Education Association serving as president, and also taught for the Department of Defense and coordinated University of Hawaii
courses for military enlisted personnel in Korea.
