Kare Bears requests that you DO NOT leave borrowed or donated medical equipment in the front entrance of Kare Bears House. In order to properly process your loan agreement and to receive a receipt, please return borrowed equipment only during our regular business hours of 9am-3pm, Monday through Friday; and 9am-12noon on Saturdays.
Kare Bears also only accepts donated equipment during regular business hours, and a receipt for your donation will be provided. Wheelchairs, canes, walkers and crutches are items which we can accept.
Southwest Lending Closet, a neighboring community based charitable organization, will accept potty chairs, toilet seats, shower chairs and any other hygienic type medical equipment. These types of items for donation should be taken to:
